Dementia & Alzheimer’s
Dementia diagnoses are becoming increasingly common, and families caring for loved ones can often feel overwhelmed by the challenges. We're here to help.
Overview
Dementia and Alzheimer’s can affect a person’s memory, thinking, and reasoning, often making once-routine tasks more difficult or even unsafe. As our loved ones face these changes, it’s essential that they receive the right care and support. Our programs are designed to empower individuals with dementia to maintain as much independence as possible, while also providing families with the guidance, resources, and support they need along the way.
