We support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities by teaching essential household skills that enhance their ability to actively participate in everyday family life. Our goal is to foster greater independence, confidence, and engagement at home through practical, hands-on learning.

Our programs focus on a range of foundational life skills, including:

• Personal Hygiene – Promoting self-care routines such as bathing, grooming, dental hygiene, and dressing, tailored to each individual's needs and abilities.
• Home and Personal Safety – Teaching safety awareness in the home, including the proper use of appliances, recognizing hazards, emergency preparedness, and safe interactions with others.
• Cooking and Meal Preparation – Guiding participants through age-appropriate cooking tasks, from basic food handling and measuring ingredients to meal planning and using kitchen tools safely.
• Pet Care Responsibilities – Encouraging responsibility and empathy by teaching how to care for family pets, including feeding, grooming, and understanding animal behavior.
• Organization and Household Management – Supporting the development of organizational skills through cleaning routines, tidying personal spaces, managing laundry, and learning basic home upkeep.
• Routine and Schedule Building – Assisting in the creation of daily and weekly routines to improve time management, increase consistency, and reduce anxiety through structured, predictable activities.
