In-Home Support/Supported Living Provider

Essential Functions and Scope of Responsibilities: 

The In-Home Support/Supported Living Provider has the primary responsibility to provide support and assistance for children or adults, to acquire, retain, and improve the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to maximize independence and to live in their private residence.   

Job Duties: 

May supervise/assist the client in taking or tracking medications and health care needs;

Must possess the ability to perform all tasks and activities as needed by this service;

May be required to manage finances for the client with proper documentation; 

Reports to: 

Director of Waiver Services

Rate of Pay: 

$23/hr.
