The Chore Services Provider is primarily responsible for directly assisting clients with household tasks to help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment.

The Chore Services Provider has the primary responsibility to directly assist clients with their household chores to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Job Duties:

As defined in the Plan of Care, assist clients with household chores, which will be discussed during the initial interview with the client and the chore services provider;
As defined in the Plan of Care, complete the chores identified by the clients;

Rate of Pay:

$20/hr.
