Hi, I’m Yvette Morales! I’m a media relations, marketing, and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in TV, radio, and digital media. In my role as Sales Manager at Alaska’s News Source, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with non-profits all across the state, helping them share their messages in an ever-evolving communications world.
I proudly serve on the board of Easterseals Alaska. It’s a role that allows me to blend my professional experience with my passion for community, connecting people from all walks of life with the incredible support services that Ms. Gutierrez-Osborne and her team provide.
My heart has always been in community work, especially when it comes to expanding programs and services for Alaskans who experience disabilities. That’s why I joined the board: to help make a difference. Whether it’s children, adults, elders, or Veterans, I love seeing the direct impact our efforts have on the lives of those we serve.
I grew up in Juneau, Valdez, and Anchorage, and I’m proud to call Alaska home. Friends often describe me as energetic and enthusiastic. In the summer, you’ll likely find me and my husband George outdoors, glamping in our trailer with our two dogs, kayaking on the lake, or spinning vinyl records. Whatever we’re doing, we try to soak up every moment.
