My name is Kristen Lindquist, and I recently joined Easterseals as a Bookkeeper, bringing several years of accounting experience along with a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities. I moved here from New York in 2017 and have truly come to cherish Alaska’s close-knit communities and the genuine care people share.
In my role, I work closely with the Accountant to keep our financial operations running smoothly and accurately, because I believe that strong, transparent systems make all the difference in delivering meaningful services. I deeply value compassion, hard work, and dedication, and I try to bring those qualities to everything I do.
As a mother of three children with disabilities, my work here is personal. I understand firsthand the challenges families face, and it’s a privilege to be part of a team that supports individuals of all ages, helping them live fuller, more independent lives. I’m proud and honored to contribute to this important mission every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, fishing, and gardening, activities that allow me to connect with nature and recharge.
